Each Oorvaya piece is made by hand to order and dispatched from our atelier in Jaipur once it is complete.
Within India, delivery takes between one and five working days after the piece is ready, depending on the destination. For international orders, delivery takes between five and ten working days after completion, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Because every piece is made to order, Oorvaya does not accept returns. Each order is instead protected against damage. International shipments are fully insured in transit, in the rare event a piece arrives damaged, the insurance covers it and a new piece is made for you. For domestic orders, a piece damaged in transit will be repaired and restored by the house.
Bespoke commissions are made to individual specification and cannot be returned.
